Program Specific Outcomes

1. Acquire knowledge to tackle real-world civil engineering problems, creating durable structures that consider global, social, and economic contexts,     thereby promoting sustainability.
2. Implement efficient resource recycling and optimization strategies for Civil Engineering Project planning and elevate leadership and management     strengths through hands-on industry experiences.
3. Incorporate the codal provisions and guidelines applicable to the civil engineering sector and consistently act upon ethical foundations, respecting     the relevant professional responsibilities and practices.

1. Conduct thorough analyses and develop comprehensive designs for reinforced concrete structures and steel structures in strict adherence to    prevailing design codes. Acquire advanced expertise to assess and design structures using current codes of practice, state-of-the-art tools,       methodologies, and relevant software, ensuring alignment with societal imperatives for sustainable development.
2. Respond to societal requirements through an interdisciplinary approach facilitated by advanced courses, gaining exposure to cutting-edge     technologies for industry readiness or advanced research pursuits. Conceptualize and resolve intricate structural engineering challenges through    experimental, analytical, and/or numerical investigations, evaluating a diverse array of potential solutions with a focus on safety, serviceability,      economy, durability, and environmental considerations.
3. Independently conduct research, produce technical reports, and contribute to collaborative scientific endeavors in structural engineering. Apply gained     knowledge for decision-making, delivering practical solutions as an individual or within a team.
